Question Re Brexit

Just a quick question regarding Brexit.

Have never used the real time editor before though having got a "Hard Brexit" in my 7 year save, it has completely ruined the save.

Just wondering does the RTE have an option to reinstate England (and the other UK nations) back in the EU so that I won't need to seek work permits for European players? As I would prefer not to have to abandon this save.

Or is there another workaround using the RTE that would get me similar results?

Thanks. TheCobra
