No news item in my game at all, I went and edited England (the country, not the tnational team) to up the youth rating higher, suddenly every non-british needs a work permit in the entire game. Please help.

Edit: Yeah, started a new game to test it out, very easy to reproduce, simply start a game of any kind, go to England in FMRTE and raised their youth rating, now all throughout England every non-brit needs a work permit. Annoying! :P

if you get chance before me can you try to do same thing in pre game editor dont use fmrte and see what happens

I cant access game for a few hours to test

it will be interesting to see if it happens

I know a lot of people remove the work permit rules/ bypass it in other ways set second nationality etc etc  but makes game unrealistic

I've created a fantasy league with teams from across Europe competing in the nominally English league. Brexit will ruin my save, so I'd be delighted if FMRTE offers a way to postpone Brexit for a hundred years or ensure a soft Brexit option or somehow abolish the damn thing altogether.

take a read of FM talk forum here i have explained there what to do

or editors forum at SI games

What I read was that you can't do it with an edited file. I'm using the 22-level English file.
