I would like a coach uses a tactic that I created (vincenzo montella) I pence that this is not possible with fmrte?

you load that up in game

 

go to tactics manage tactics and either load or import

 

I am unsure what you really want to do??

I guess you do NOT manage Inter ...,  vincenzo montella is not a part of your club...

So this is what you do.

 

I want montella use a tactic that I created myself, is that possible?

Is Montella a coach in your club, B-manager, U19-manager, or is he a manager in a completely different team? I'm not sure exactly what you're asking?

From what I know, It's not possible to import a tactic through FMRTE into another team/manager. You can change the prefered formation and tactical attributes of a team, but I don't think its possible to import a tactic to a team/manager in general.

This is what you do:

 

1. You can't use an exact tactic you created yourself. Not at the moment.

2. Find the closest you can find, of the tactics in FMRTE, the scroll list.

3. find Vincenzo Montella (I guess he's Inter trainer).

4. Set all his favorite tactics to the one you have found, as close to the one you have made yourself.

5. Set it as his preferred formation, his second preferred formation, his Defensive formation and his attacking formation.

 

Then set his adaptability to 1, tactical knowledge to 1, flexibility to 1 and tactical to 20..., that should make him not want to listen to his coaches....

sorry for for the delay, it is still you can not import a tactic for a coach controlling the game even him (Guardiola ex) can place holder tactics that I created it myself?
there is no way to add tactics to that already provided by fmrte?

it is impossible to take control of an already existing coach? eg bielsa

if you mean can you play as an existing coach no not possible 

 

only thing you can do is to use his details name etc and take over his current team use fmrte to copy his details and make him poor so he wont get a job/make him 100 year old/retire etc  or use pre game editor and remove him from DB before you start(i would retire him just  copy his details in fmrte first and save them for future use)
