I'm pretty sure it's not because of the injury because it happens with anything I edit

I'll give you an example, I picked a player to print with no recent attribute changes:

I went on FMRTE and upped his professional stat by one point, saved and then clicked on his profile again and this happened:

please make sure you are running FMRTE as Administrator (right click on FMRTE icon select "Run as Administrator") this is the most common issue for the behavior you are describing

I know the stats stay the same, but i'd like to know why on FM it shows the they've changed

Yes, it doesn't clear, they only do after there's legit attributes changes
