Unable to edit all of your own manager stats

The main reason I got FMRTE this year is that I'm 5 years into my game and started with no international experience and coaching qualifications, I've worked my way up to a Continental Pro License but my stats are still all around 10-13, so I was looking forward to making myself more realistic after winning multiple cups and leagues with Leeds.

 

My problem is I can edit all the coaching-side attributes I have but I'm unable to edit my Adaptability, Determination, Player Knowledge, Youngster Knowledge, Level of Discipline and Motivating, is this a feature that is yet to be added or is there a workaround?
