Bringing players/staffs back from retirement?

There is no way to bring them back.  To permanently postpone their retirement, just make them younger by increasing the year that they were born.

 

How does that make any difference? Making a player younger doesn't change the date they wish to retire? :wacko:

    You can change the date they wish to retire to do so go to the retirements window (3rd icon after the future transfer on the top bar of FMRTE) select the player, now in the player windows you should see a retire date tab and in there you can change the date they wish to retire.
