How can I get rid of my Chairman?

I promoted from 3rd league from the first place, Having B from supporters and from the board, but every time the chairman is wanting to talk to me, while it says "declining to attend the meeting he will immediately fire me". How can i get rid of hum? May be he will sell the club to someone else? Any advice? I do not want to change his patience to 10
