FMRTE take long time to read save games started win FM21 21.4.0

I am writing to you because I have a problem with FMRTE 2021, what happens is that when I create a new save game in FM2021 with  21.4.0, after adding staff   shorlists in the save game, FMRTE 2021, It takes a long time to load, between 30 seconds and a minute, and if I close that save game and load another saved game create with database original of FM2021, it load well, but to close that save game and do load again previous save game created win data base 21.4, FMRTE  it gives me and error and closed, Please could you check why this happens and fix it. Thanks you very much

FMRTE cause FM 21 to crash sometimes while loading a save

I am 100% sure that it is FMRTE doing it, the issue is in the topic as well as here: "FMRTE cause crash sometimes while loading a save"
 
It happens ONLY while loading the game from the game itself and does not happen if loading from the main menu, also it happens once every 5 loadings in average.
it happens while FMRTE is running loaded on the save (I get the FMRTE message that I loaded a different save and I have to re-load it, then it crashes.

Stadium edited capacity not being retained

What is your FM version: FM Version 21.4.0 - 1540115 (m.e v21.7.0.0)
What is your FMRTE version: FMRTE 21.4.0 (Build 36)
 
Are you running FMRTE as administrator- YES
 
Someone posted about stadiums in the past and not retaining the edited capacity. The workaround was found to be a new savegame file was needed. I have tried this but after 3 weeks - 1 month, the capacity reverts back to the original. I have edited both the 3D stadium and information to match

All Staff disappeared in FMRTE

When searching for staff this shows up. When I search manually the staff doesn't show up.
 

 
 

Any other information: My operating system is windows 10 pro, windows update set to automatic, last update was on 5/821. AVG AntiVirus (tried with and without) and I am NOT using FM Touch.

Player registration not working.

Hello,
 
First: I love the FMRTE, this is THE BEST editor for the FM....good work, i hope you will make every FM in the future!
 
Now i have an issue:
I can't register my players anytime, but i checked the "Allow squad registration anytime" option in FMRTE (and then saved of course).
See the screenshots.
 
I've Windows 10 64bit
 
Last year in the FM20 was working good this feature, but not now.

Edit: Still have this issue.
Few months ago I make a modified league setting and i miss set up the winter registry dates...so now i can buy players in my team in winter pause, but can't register the new players to the team and that players can't play any 1.team matches. With the FMRTE i can solve the missing registry process for my team, but this feature is not working.
Please help!

Game Pass version doesn't work anymore AFTER the last update

Like the title says. I didn't have problems with the GamePass version, until the last update. I luckily still had the setup in my downloads folder. FMRTE.21.4.0.30 did work with Game Pass for me.
Please fix this, or at least give me the possibility to use the previous build. Make it possible to activate an older version.

Can't edit league points

Whenever I try to edit points for a team on the league standings, the app only highlights the line of information about that team but it doesn't allow me to modify any number on that line. 
 
Edit: Not sure what I was doing wrong but it's working now. 
Edit 2: My app demands me to re enter the License Key. After that worked correctly. Maybe it has to do with it.

Unable to change Continent for a Nation

Steps:

Staff swap went wrong. No contract and stiil at the club

Very strange case.
I had Directer Of Football in my club and then I wanted to "replace" him with the better one. I used the "swap" option, but I guess that was a huge mistake, because I have swept him with Director with NO CONTRACT (free player). Now I have the new guy as my DoF with no contract( so I can't get rid of him or fire or whatever) - as it shown in the game. The guy is free agent in the FM, when I click on him.
 When I check this in FMRTE, this guy appears as "No Role"  and with no contract in my club.
I tried to swap him again with many different staffs, I even have set a retirement date at new staff (I hopes that after the swap, the person will retire and I will have no DoF in my club' as I wanted) also tried setting the end of contract dates in those guys, but when this date comes, I get my "no contracted" DoF back to my team (like he ends the contract in the other (new club, after I replaced him) and then he is back to my club). I tried to sign new DoF, but the board doesn't want another DoF and doesn't allow to sign the new one' so I can not get rid of him.
I know that it's hard to understand the case, so my question is, how can you make STAFF to retire/to die (sorry)? I made him 73 years old, but he is still in charge
 
As you can see on the image: Jose Miguel Mari is DoF in the game and has no job and no club in FMRTE.

Happiness/unhappiness bug

Trying to edit the happiness of a player isnt working
 
IIRC you could edit the happiness to below 0  eg  -100 etc which would then generate a reason why a player was unhappy ,displayed in that section that you could edit/remove, change the end date  etc etc
 
so on to plan B using the +/-  button which should generate a drop down menu and you could select a reason such as wanting more playing time this now generates an error log
 
so this feature isnt working correctly currently

Unable to save

I cannot save my change.
My computer don't have any anti virus program.
 
Below is the way that I tried.
1.Run as administrator
2.Uninstall FMRTE21 then re-install
3.Restart computer
4.Copy-Paste FMRTE21 from other computer

player clauses

im in my second season and have strange problems with my player clauses.. that is the only clause there for him yet its not the price i bough him for and if i edit it the game crashes right away not sure whats going on
