What bugs/issues did you encounter: I can't install FMRTE. After installing there is no Folder with the Software. I tryed other directories but still the same. But when I'm installing it where you can choose the folder, it shows the folder but there is none. No desktop shortcut and start button as well, nothing.

Extract it to a folder (for example C:\BraCa Soft\) and run FMRTE from there

Now the next Problem...

I can't update it. It shows me that there is an update, but if I click on update it tells me that I already have the newest Version?!
Please Help! This is the very first Time that I have so much Problems to use FMRTE...

install or update is this case is the same think, whatever is stopping you from installing FMRTE is also the same thing that is stopping you from updating FMRTE, this is most likely environment something you have installed in your machine that is stopping FMRTE from being installed and not a problem with FMRTE itself.

 

Do you have an anti-virus installed? If so make sure you add FMRTE to the trusted programs \ whitelist or for the diagnose purpose try to deactivate your anti-virus and install FMRTE just to see if it works.

 

Last but not least make sure you are running FMRTE as Administrator (right click on the FMRTE icon and select "Run as Administrator").

 

Let us know the result.

You where right, it was my  anti virus programm!
I'm REALLY sorry for everything and thank you very much!
