What is your question: i changed the wage budget in blackpool in the sky bet legue one to 2 mil euro. my max wage didnt increase. it was consequently decreasing while sighning players who are willing to settle for 1300 euro p/w. what i need to change to increase my max wage and bringing top players? Thought I'd let anyone know who has had this issue themselves where the wage bill goes billions randomly that i found out what it is - maybe this has been figured out already but couldn't find any posts for it. I used the "move to club" function for a couple of players and suddenly my weekly wage bill was in excess of £500,000,000.00 and i had no idea why i checked all the players wages and checked all the players I'd moved to make sure they didn't have any clauses that had gone berserk. I found nothing, however i did a search for all players appearance fees and one player who i'd never edited had an appearance fee of more that a billion, as soon as i removed that it returned to normal! He wasn't inline to play but if I'd had an injury crisis he may well've hit the jackpot!

I'm having troubles with my wage-budget. No matter what I do, either in the game or in FRMTE, affects the wage I can give a player. It's stuck on a maximum of 5750 Euro/week no matter what team status I offer. I have tried to change it, and take it away and let my board rise it, none of it works. Does anyone have a clue? I have a great save and I don't want to loose it on this.

Afternoon, I was hoping one of you lovely lot would be able to help me out. To cut a long story short - here are the facts. I want to up what I can offer players in terms of contracts. The maximum I can offer is 90 pounds a week currently. (I am Harrogate). I've changed the wage budget to suit (which has worked in the past), I've changed the club balance to suit and i've changed the "Max Wage Offered" to far, FAR more than I should ever need to. But I can't seem to get to offer more than £90 a week - which, obviously sucks! Also, the £90pw does not change whether they are marked "backup, first team or indispensable". Any ideas? It's very frustrating, as I've just gotten promoted into League 2, and I need to sign players!
