    This can happen when staff members have 2 roles in thier current club. Did you check of that before the swap ex. You can swap coach with coach but it can mess up if the other coach is also for exemple a scout. Did you save game before the swap? Easiet way to do this is .XML file, You should export XML of that staff members you want and then import to your own.

    if you want to transfer a player who hasnt got a transfer set up/pending in game already, just go the future transfer icon click and it will load a list of arranged future transfers- select one and change the player /club/date etc https://gyazo.com/24aac7afeefb9540b2986bfe1b1b251a
