Yes, in the player/staff search screen there is the ability to select “interested in transfer/loan” which will filter out players who have no interest in joining your club2 points

yeah but this method is dependent on scouting knowledge, it would be great to search the whole database, put in the parameters needed and find the those willing to come to your small club within your search parameters1 point
