Has anyone found a way of engineering a tycoon takeover using FMRTE. I have done the obvious and set the chairman status to 1 and a prompt has come up regarding him selling the club however I was just looking to see if there is any other helpful tips to help this process rather than simply luck and trial and error until someone other than a consortium wants to buy the club, cheers.

the takeover is random, the best thing is change the sugar daddy status of your owner

 

the only thing you can do pre game  is to set up 'valid takeovers'  in the edt file to stop various club takeover types eg [below image]

however these will effect the whole county concerned, so not ideal
