I added Eredivisie league to my playable league after 1 season in game. I can't change this league's table scores while other leagues are changeable

If you try to add a new manager can you start at an Eredivisie league club?

I was on android earlier so couldnt see the image clearly

 

you need to click on that to open a drop box select 1 should show league table
