Yes, in the player/staff search screen there is the ability to select “interested in transfer/loan” which will filter out players who have no interest in joining your club

Then just save those to a shortlist in game and then open that in FMRTE if you want to see CA/PA etc

yeah but this method is dependent on scouting knowledge, it would be great to search the whole database, put in the parameters needed and find the those willing to come to your small club within your search parameters

like for example if you are looking for a winger with 15 pace and 13 off the ball stats and filter the results with those willing to come to your club.......
