It would be very nice if you could be able to change the percentage of the newgens per country with second nationality, because that is a big problem at the moment and SI doesn't fix it. I know a lot of people who haven't FMRTE are willing to buy it if this option is available.

you could mass edit a batch/all/whatever you want % of  regens with a preset to have the desired second nationality

dont think SI/ devs will be able to do exactly what you are asking in your OP

I was searching for it after your respond but i can't find this anywhere at FAQ, can you please help me further with a link or if the action is small maybe in words?

Ok i found how to make a preset but wich attribute should i chose to give a second nationality?

its not there anymore, IIRC this was a 'trial feature' in possibly FMRTE 18, I assumed it was now a full feature 

 

shame, but as it stands I dont think it is possible would be a suggestion I would like to see added too😉
