I think it's not possible, so I would ask for the implementation of this feature: Automate certain Presets. For example, 'Heal team' or 'Remove bans' and set a timing for it, so FMRTE would apply them automatically every week, every two weeks, every month or whatever timing you want. So you could forget to do it yourself altogether

Doubt that will ever be possible

I used this function by Freeze manager option. In settings only setting Condition, Match sharpness and injury to false, would make my players always fit.

 

However, this feature is not really working on FMRTE 21. I reckon the Devs are working with Freeze manager to function correctly.
