I've seen on the main editor of the game a little option who make a player "finish is carrier in his actual club" (in french, in English it seems to be "Retiring after spell at current club")

 

Do you think it's possible to add it on FMRTE too?

I have found a workaround if you have an older player/ change the age to older and tell him would make a good coach(staff job) after a few days he will announce he will retire at a given date ...you can then change his age back to what it was and edit that retirement date, a new tab appears in FMRTE
