Swap staff not available in training screen

I have been a fan of fmrte for many years, and was wondering why suddenly when you swap a coach for another coach, he shows up as swapped in fmrte.

he also shows up in  Home>staff>overview>all   and in Home>staff>responsibilities   screen.

But when I try to assign him a training program, Home>training>coaches>edit coach assignments ....... hes not there ?????

 

is there a way to fix this???

 

I am on fm19.1.1f1159619

and FMRTE 19.2.1 (build 22)
