How can I make a club interested in a player, resulting in a signing the next transfer window?

cant be forced unless you set up the transfer by editing an existing one

 

only thing to do is the common sense approach make him dislike current club and like the other one etc etc but no guarantee he will move there

what helps pre game is using career plans to a player wanting to join a club etc, but wont effect your current save game
