Hi, is there a way to remove unhappiness just for one player instead of whole team? Thank You

Yes do it manually for the player

hah, yeah I know I should do that, but I don't know how. I select a player, and then right click, apply heal, and it is healing my whole team, always.

just do him manually as suggested

 

set his morale to max and remove his unhappiness(clear tab) in contract section set happiness to 100(this is what the inspire button does)
