I htink I have worked out the answer to part of my original post, howver, still one question.

If a player has the future transfer arranged - how can I cancel it?

 

At AC Milan, Niang has future transfer to Torino arranged but i want to keep him at Milan.

Is there a way to cancel the transfer ?

Think I found a half-solution.

with a future transfer you can edit it and change the player to anyone you want to be etc

 

or you could edit the date of the actual transfer years in the future

 

you cannot remove it just edit it

OK, so I can keep the player at my club, by moving the date so far forward it becomes irrelevant

 

OR:

Change the transfer so a different player goes

yes the former will guarantee he stays with you as long as you want
