Possible to Create a New Player?

I don't see anything to create a new player. Only change them from the existing database, like creating Wonderkids. Is this possible with FMRTE? Would I be able to create/add some extra young players to my B squad, not just Wonderkids? Or is FM hardcoded to prevent this? I'm playing the Touch version BTW.
