Can you edit Sunderland, Middlesbrough, etc etc to have poor youth recruitment and pick up the best regional talent?

Or is the regen system not as sophisticated as that?

You can edit so those other clubs have poor youth set up/coaches etc and so shouldn't get the best regens

 

However the regen set up is random but that should still influence it

I thought so- it would be very clever if SI restricted youth intake by region...then your head of youth would be really significant!
