What is your question: Hi in previous versions we used to be able to change the bid of a transfer once it was accepted so could offer 100mil and change to 1mil after it was accepted prior to the transfer completed. Previously used to appear in contact of the player.

 

Can not use the future transfer as most transfers happen immediately so unable to reduce value.

 

Is this going to be available?

Which operating system are you using:(Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.2 

 

if you change the transfer fee while the bid is under offer that works

 

once the transfer has been set up then even though you can change the fee in FMRTE no money will actually move between clubs.

 

 the cash exchanges hands when deal is set up not on the date of the transfer

it will generate a tab in player info called transfer offer/proposal in there you will see the bid amend it before deal is finalized 

yes thats correct but this is not available in this mac version???

on mac version there is no left menu its at the top.
