When searching staff with function and personality attributes in the filter, the results aren't accurate at all...

for instance searching a scout (20) with professionalism (16), ambition(16) and ... letme think... loyalty (16)... with potential ability above 150;

in the result window there are many many scouts which arent with the personality attributes in the range i asked for... this bug has been present for many versions below fmrte 17.3.1 (even fmrte 15 ou 16) and hasn't been solutioned. Please enhance the filter.. it shouldn't be that hard (compared to other things).

Im using windows 10 latest version.

Greyfox has replied to you in the other thread about this, you only need one thread, I will close the other. Read the above and follow the procedure you were asked earlier to do this

 

just did a search for staff CA 150 -200

and hardness of training at least 18

checked the results as expected the search filter working fine for me

I see that, are you using those parameters or another set? Judging from both your's and culturedleftfoot's findings, some parameters work and some don't.

Personality attributes dont, as you can see in the attachments. But only in staff. Player search doesnt have that problem.

FMRTE for windows latest version. (this bug has been present for a long time now, even in fmrte 15)

Let me explain again: there must be a lapse with sql string (using slq like database in frmte?) when searching staff with personality attributes, they arent being considered in the criteria to search for, resulting in almost all output results being innacurate.

im sorry but im not going to try to reinstall fmrte nor fm now. Please check, if this doesnt happens to you also or anyone else, i'll complete the reinstall of both fm and fmrte, otherwise, thank you anyway, but i dont have time for this.

 if you havent got time to try them now do so later just update when free

there are things to try pre reinstall first, as per thread below(freeze issue) this, user tried and it resolved the issue.

im sorry mate, but you didnt. I was filtering about personality attributes, like "professionalism", "ambition", "loyalty", etc... you only filtered "hardness of training" and "CA"... those are not personality attributes. please try filtering staff with personality attributes and you will see...

right searched with just those and it is throwing up mixed results

picked at random 20 staff results from my result list 12 were spot on 8 were not 

so moving to bugs

however this might be tricky to fix for dev team as stated it is mixed most of time it is giving the result but isnt working correctly
