I can't seem to get FMRTE to work with FM Touch 2017? It loads and all, but I can't seem to save any of the changes?

I have searched the forum but can't find anything, but apologies if this is covered somewhere else.

Is iFMTRE compatible with FM Touch on the iPad? If so, how do I install it as all I get is a .dmg file and I don't know what to do with it.
