My PC is Win 10 64-bit.

I activate FMRTE 17 with offline activation (making a license.bin), but every time I restart my PC, the FMRTE 17 goes deactivate.

Although I can make a license again and again, it's so annoying.

Can you fix it? I just don't wanna activate it online.

    Today is still like this.

    Don't know what's wrong.

    Maybe the build 3 is not stable? It stops working and shuts down sometimes.
