it is in the translation forum where all posts regarding translations should be and it is not hidden it is visible accessible by all 

it appears that forum is down I have attempted access as normal member and was unable to do so

so returning thread here until resolved

Since 2014 it happens to me, maybe before haha

could access this before but now seems locked to mods strange 

well its reported now any news I will update the forums accordingly
