Can't remove affiliations "benefits"

I'm using the latest FMRTE16, and when I try to edit an existing/created affiliation to remove a benefit, the checkbox stays on after reloading and no change appears on the game.

To make it short:

I can create new affiliations and delete both created or existing affiliations.

I can add benefits to any created/existing affiliation.

I cannot remove benefits from any created/existing affiliation.
