my game version is already 16.3.0 776853..

maybe the update is out.

just my luck.. i was offline, updated the editor to the latest version, it still haven't supported my game version so i've gone online and updated the game (to a new and unsupported version).

    I haven't updated mine yet so don't know if that is a patch on the update,..... not going to update either due to some of feedback...the feedback thread is damming enough but mods remove/amend posts if its bad, so go to bugs forums...there are major crashes since this update for anyone wanting a long term save

     

    you should be able to see via steam or si website what game version is now

    I cant update to latest .net framework because I dont have windows 10 (i use 7),  is there another way around this?  I cant even get into the editor just .net framework errors on startup.

     

    edit:  I just realized I dont even have service pack one installed on win7 hahahahaah that looks like its the problem because .net 4.6.1 needs sp1 AT LEAST.   Thanks Braca!!!!  love the editor keep up the good work everyone!

    Yep. You can install the last version of NetFramework with Windows 7 ;)
