Enter the value 127 in ambition&professional. Also apply 25 in consistency, important matches and versatility. Then plug and play.

It also works fine with realistic values.

With perfect training conditions and 5 star coaches a player with high determination, high ambition, high workrate and high professionalism ( I use values of 18, 18, 15, 20 for all youngsters) will be able to raise his CA at a pace of 15-20 per year.

So a 15 year old player with a CA of around 70 will easily be able to reach a PA of 170 and above until the age of 21

It depends on the league you play in though.

A player with a PA of 170 will NEVER reach his full potential when he is at a club that plays in the 3rd league of a country.
