Hi. 

I tried to loan a young player (100-ish ca) from a championship team with my serie c side (75-ish average ca). The player I tried to loan is loan listed, but whenever I tried to start a negotiation it says that the team would rather have the player play more high quality players, and the option to start the negotiation is greyed out. 

How can I get around this using FMRTE? (p.s. I only want to get him on loan)

    You can't..., that's not an option at the moment. The only way you can get the player on loan, is to make your own team better. Better players, better facilities, and so on..., there is NO loan option in FMRTE or SI's In-game editor..., it would be nice, but not possible at the moment.
