I get the following error message and I've tried reinstalling

"The program can't start because .DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Any ideas?

Make sure your Anti-virus is no removing \ moving to quarantine FMRTE files 

if its Norton you have to disable to get a full install, you can put it back on once FMRTE fully installed

What Operating System are you running?

Make sure you have .Net Framework installed in your machine: .Net Framework
