Now it has been a while though, and I have forgotten the values and what you do to maximize potential in younger players. Can anyone just describe for me which values are the best for maximizing the fitness for a match and for a player to be able to reach his potential (professionalism or what is was) and what to have as best potiential ability for younger players. Tried searching for it, but most have for older versions of FM and FMRTE so I just want to check if there is any new tricks. Best would be if anyone could upload a preset file.
