Hello everybody

I updated my FMRTE to the version supporting 14.3 earlier today, and when that was done it wanted me to enter my licence again. The problem was that when I tried to do that, it said that my code was suspended and to contact FMRTE-support. I sent an email to [email protected] from the email I used when i bought my licence about my problem.

Then I tried to log on here with that account, and even though I was sure of the password, it still said that it was wrong. So fair enough I thought, I'll just use the recover my password-function. I filled in my email and the safety-number-thing. Got a message that it would send me instructions on how to reset my password within 10 minutes, it's now been almost an hour and a half, and no email.

I'd like to know whats going on with my account and licence...

My "real" account is called "freddanb", just made this account so I could post here.

Thanks

Edit: Will be leaving home soon, won't be able to answer in a couple of hours. Still would be nice with some kind of information.

This issue can only be fixed by BraCa.  Have you submitted a support request in your Client Area?

Can't get into my client area, as I don't get a mail from that reset password-thing. I sent an e-mail to [email protected], was almost 24 hours ago, still nothing. Nothing from the password reset and nothing from the [email protected].

It's been fixed. Got an email sent to my "main account"-email with a new password. My licence was fixed aswell. Thank you very much!

Glad to see that you got your issue sorted :)

I hope you understand that issues to do with accounts and licenses are solely up to BraCa.  This has been stated time and time again that only BraCa looks at this information.
