is there a way in FM to adjust the familiarity for my three tactics? I find it annoying that after a full season and such that my tactics become very "unknown" to the players then we end up doing bad the first few games. So is there a way to adjust it?

Hi go to your club in FMRTE and you can edit this under the Match Preparation section.

In the game itself there is no possibility to adjust the familiarity.

 

But ... all other teams do have the same problems since the players forget a bit during the holidays.

That's what the pre season is good for

Play friendlies all 3 days and with different tactics.

it usually does not take too long for the players to become familiar with their tactics again .... unless you changed them completely

 

In FMRTE you can easily set the familiarity to 100

Hint: Set the values after the players are back from their holidays

During the season break the game lowers the values again.

I don;t see it, currently have 14.1.3 though.

First of all log in at Steam and update the game to 14.2.2

Then download the current version of FMRTE

Start FMRTE

Select your club

One of the tabs (a bit further to the right) is about match preperation

You can set every value to 100 and voila !
