Afternoon, I was hoping one of you lovely lot would be able to help me out.

 

To cut a long story short - here are the facts.

 

I want to up what I can offer players in terms of contracts.

 

The maximum I can offer is 90 pounds a week currently. (I am Harrogate).

 

I've changed the wage budget to suit (which has worked in the past), I've changed the club balance to suit and i've changed the "Max Wage Offered" to far, FAR more than I should ever need to.

 

But I can't seem to get to offer more than £90 a week - which, obviously sucks!

 

Also, the £90pw does not change whether they are marked "backup, first team or indispensable".

 

Any ideas? It's very frustrating, as I've just gotten promoted into League 2, and I need to sign players!

Have you tried to change the wage budget in-game? Also, look at the Business and Resources rating of your chairman.  Have you tried to progress in-game a day or two to see if the change had any effect?

Yeah, had already tried progressing the in game a day or two - which has previously worked in the past.

 

Tried playing around with the chairman, no effect at all.

 

Still stuck on £90pw max.
