Can't see the "staff" category on players that are retiring and chose to be a staff member

In the previous versions it appeared right after he decided to take courses/accepted my proposals (e.g FMRTE24 it showed to edit his staff attributes before he retired as a player). Neither in the In game editor you can't edit his staff attributes at all anymore before he retires as a player
