Try in the relations screen from the player and select competition registration and then select one by one that is the most relevant. One of them that is relating to the South American trophies should work. I didn't try it myself as I don't have a saved game that way, but that's the screen to experiment in.

There’s no option there to register for UEFA, Libertadores, or any domestic competitions. The Copa Sudamericana is part of CONMEBOL’s international competitions, so there should be a separate option for Libertadores (which already exists) and another one for Sudamericana.

they are there all of them, your post is confusing

show a screenshot of what options you have and be clear in what you are stating

any comp that needs to be added ask in the suggestions forum
