Would it be possible to add coefficients for nations without any?

I have a save game which has bugged and caused England to not receive any coefficients at all, resulting in just one CL spot. It's ruined my game, sadly.

I see the editor has a coefficients editors for nations but because England hasn't received any, I can't edit them (see image).

There doesn't appear to be an option to add them, so wondering how possible this may be? I'm desperate to carry on this save but won't be able to with this bug.
