With this you can see the Agreements added back in game

 

 

However this still shows under league rules and appears just some left over coding in game and has no bearing on the UK being back in the EU-waiting for SI to confirm this 

 

 

 

I suggest also changing the work permit section from the post Brexit rules to something like the FM21 rules

use UK  points system original where possible have a play around to fit what you want in game
