Unable to set Unused Monthly Fee for Loans

So same story as last year - no provision to set the unused monthly loan fee.

 

When accepting a loan offer, I can only edit used monthly fee - which doesn't register as a fee paid by the loanee club, because my board is still cross with me for not adding a loan fee to it.

 

Please give us the option of editing used/unused monthly fees as soon as possible.
