on second image tick debug mode+enable experimental features

Read the tips to fix issues here

if tactics tab is still not showing up report as a bug, submit any error log you have.

There has been a licensing update to the game

if FMRTE needs to patched it will be by the Dev in due course

So please no need for further posts on this or threads asking when will a patch come out etc

AS above👆 the game loads in FMRTE for me on Windows and works fine but as message shows an update may be needed
