please find screenshot. it's in french. it says, "you need to install an app for this  task. do you want to search an app in the store ?"

if i said yes, nothing is found. if I reply no, it's stopped.

 

same issue for the setup.exe file. or the FMRTE.exe once all files dezipped or the MINIFMRTE.

 

It seems as a windows component is needed to run and it's missing. I run in adminstration mode, same result.

You have Windows 11 or Windows 11 S?

 

The problem I think is that your OS doesn't allow you to install programs outside of Microsoft Store. So go to Settings > Apps > Advanced app settings and then on the first option which says "Choose where to get apps" it has to be "Anywhere".

you are not supposed to type there -why would you need to

 

just copy to clipboard or right click on the license and copy then paste it when needed for activation

I have 1Gbps internet and FMRTE 24 is downloading 14 KB/sec (over an hour to finish).

Fmrte wont allow me edit transfers in transfer centre just creates error log
