Wondering if anyone can help

 

in the pre game editor I’ve changed Hungary to a developed state instead of a developing state

 

but when I load up the game and check Hungary on FMRTE it still says developing state

 

Is this accurate on FMRTE? Or is it not saving correctly? 
 

any help would be great

    any help would be great 

    could be a bug in game/App

     

    but you can change  the state in FMRTE to what you want

     

    of interest send me your save I might be able to check the game to see if the change is an issue with game
