Did you reinstall/ debug / cleared cache?

 

And drop the attitude please 

 

I've had a similar issue in a previous version and cleared it by those methods 

I am sure you have made sure your graphics card is up to date

No but I put a post you do not answer so sorry 
My pc is new all drivers are up to date 

@akshel I have answered you 3 times previously 

 

 you are still  not  providing the information I have asked for and I am not going to keep asking
