RCA is recommended CA basically it shows you what the CA/PA should be set to if you change player attributes

eg if you give a player really high attributes but his CA/PA remain unchanged/ low then it is to be expected that the game will adjust his attributes down over a short period of time to reflect his CA/PA

it doesnt replace CA it gives you what the CA should be set to  due to the attribute changes you made

as said earlier in thread if you want to have a fixed  CA/PA etc use the freezer option-[this gives you the option to allow selected attributes to not be fixed it is a users choice what you pick]

without using the freezer CA for all players/staff  in game obviously go up and down due to various factors [age being the main one] as they should, they cant keep going up everyone regresses so the CA will reflect that, it is the PA that should stay fixed

OK, it makes sense now..

In older versions of the FMRTE e.g. 2012, there is no RCA. If I freeze there required attributes, they wont fall any more?

THX

RCA is a new feature in FMRTE 22

I answered in the post above it is your choice what attributes you freeze or allow to move up and down- the user decides

in the linked thread posted earlier are further links to guides etc where the freezer feature is explained, it is easy to use and you can tweak it to what you want😉
