Probably this subject has already been discussed here, but I'm not able to find it. Is there any way of getting a work permit, without changing the Nationality or removing Brexit?

I presume you mean in England?

 

work permits cant be edited with an in game editor you need to address pre game

 

removing Brexit/adding section nationality etc is the way to do it in a save game

Yes, from England, how do you do that? Can it be done after they rejected the 1st work permit?

No no, by adding a nationality, English one to a player, can it be done and removed after work permit?

yes that should be fine even give them english second nationality so they keep original country

 

try it

nb you can move the player/s to your club directly see if that bypasses the permit if you change the nationality obviously

 

report back what happens

I've tried it myself (moving the player directly). Doesn't remove the work permit requirement. Tried with the second nationality and it works fine
