Hi there,
I've added a minimum fee release clause to a player changing the existing clause of relegation wage drop to this however when attempting to input -1 as the days value it goes to 0 and then the clause on the contract expires the next day rather than being set as indefinite/till end of contract expiry.  With players who have a Minimum Free Release value already set in the game there release fee days value is auto set to -1, I'm guessing by default....?

Just wonder if I am doing something wrong when trying to set a minimum release fee with no set end date on a currently existing contract...

it looks like you cant put in the days to be -1 the lowest day setting is 0

 

-1 I suppose means permanently so just set it to cover the whole contract in days eg 1500 etc

Ahh sorry Left Foot, my bad, was in the suggestions section to see if it was already there by another person and have then not went to report/feedback section in my other tab to put up the issues/recommendation to add this in when a next update is done.

Much appreciated thanks, just as the permanently there option for some players is easier to do than calculating exactly how many days they have left on a 5 year contract etc! Lol.

just try adding an amount instead of working the exact days out for a contract out, say 10 years 3650  days dont think it will matter and save the working out😉

 

it would be like setting the start date of a contract to be in the future thus stopping a player wanting to leave a club- this works
